Being a children's hospital, the incorporation of minor playful elements is in keeping with the environment the hospitals provide for patients. It also is an element of surprise—cuing viewers that this is no ordinary course.
Illustrated Screen
An illustrated replica of the software screen allows a condensed view free of distraction.
The illustration allowed easy manipulation of areas within the screen. And allowed greater ability to highlight or dim layers. As well as, allowing text appear more legible
Autoplay
The autoplay functionality behaves similarly to YouTube and other web-based video sites. Upon a video completing, a countdown indicator appears allowing the user the capability to pause playback or allow the next video to automatically play.
The functionality reduces the need for unnecessary clicks and enhances the user experience.
